Develop Food Industry Policies and Offer Business-oriented Services
National Food Cluster Support Center had an opening ceremony and started operation in a large scale on 7th. December.
The construction of this support center, located at Wanggung-myeon, Iksan-si, started in July, 2014 and was completed in October, 2016.
National Food Cluster Support Center, a subsidiary organization of Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, was constructed in a scale of 6 buildings, with site size 52,675㎡ and total building size 2,8705㎡. It was established as a corporation in February, 2011, based on Promotion Law on Food Industry Promotion.
National Food Cluster Support Center will offer a variety of one-stop services, appropriate to businesses' preference, by developing and researching the policies about the integration of National Food Cluster and food industry, by supporting the businesses and organizations participating in the development and research, by attracting the businesses, native as well as overseas, and by conducting cluster activation publicity marketing.
Jeollabuk-do will prop up National Food Cluster Support Center, which moved from Gwacheon to Gwacheon, so that it can grow as the best food-specialized industry complex, true to the name.
